Agastache
'Purple Haze'

Called Hummingbird Mint.  Bees love this plant and swarm it.

Leave stems over winter to avoid wet rot.  Likes very dry, especially in winter.  In early spring cut the standing stalks to the ground.

Gorgeous, tall, billowy.  Long lasting blooms all summer long and into fall.  This is a nice anchor at the back of the garden next to the butterfly bush.

Flower color is a soft purple, and looks a little washed out in the photos, but is really a nice soothing color.

This is an Ex-Plant now. It did not come back in 2013.
